Returns & Refunds
For undamaged items, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. In order to accept your return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it/them, undamaged and in the original packaging. Please note, items bought from markets or exhibitions are sold as seen and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
To activate the returns process, please email us on hello@rosaromeo.com and we will send you a return form to complete. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item to Rosa Romeo. We will notify you when we receive your return. Once you receive confirmation from us that your item is in a suitable condition for return, we will then process your refund. Refunds can take 5 - 10 business days to be processed.
If you receive your item and it is damaged, please contact us immediately on the day of receipt. Please send images and a brief description of the damage to hello@rosarome.com and we will be in touch. You have 48 hours from the time of receipt to claim a refund on any damaged items, after that your order may not qualify for a full refund or an exchange.
All items are the customer’s responsibility until we receive them. We will notify you when we receive them. If your item is of high value, we recommend adding insurance to the postage for added protection.
