If, during its life, your item becomes damaged, we offer a Lifetime Repair service.

What this includes; tears, holes, loose threads, loose knots, loose fringe or tassel. We don’t repair; water damage, stains or marks, damage from fire or flame. Please note you, the customer, are responsible for shipping costs to return your items.
